COMPETITIONS

The Competition

• The promoter is: Norcros Group (Holdings) Ltd T/A Grant Westfield, the home of Naturepanel, whose registered office is at 3 Westfield Avenue, Edinburgh, EH11 2QH.
• The competition is open to Installers of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Grant Westfield and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• The competition will be live during the Installer Show opening times and will close on Thursday 27^th June at 1.30pm with the live prize draw commencing at 2pm. Any entries following the closing date on 27th June at 1.30pm will not be permitted and will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• We have appointed a third party to manage the competition on our behalf. The competition is managed by Loyalty Works Limited (Loyalty Works) (Company Number 09971883); Registered Address: Airport West, 2, Lancaster Way, Leeds, LS19 7ZA.
• The prize is as follows, up to 15 Naturepanel bathroom wall panels for free per month for 12 months from 01.07.24 – 30.06.25. For the purposes of defining the prize, 15 panels per month is based on 900mm or 1200mm wide panels. Where 598mm panels are ordered, these count as a half panel, for example 30 x 598mm panels available per month. The monthly allocation may not rollover into the following month. A sufficient volume of profiles and adhesives to complete each job is included in the free allocation, where ‘sufficient volume’ will be in proportion to panels ordered. Grant Westfield reserve the right to limit the volume of profiles and adhesives, if deemed excessive. The panels are to be used by the winner only, and can not be used for other projects, or by other installers, friends or family.

Rules of Entry

• The Campaign is a free Campaign which is made available to you as an installer at the Installer Show 2024. The competition is made available entirely at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
• The competition is only available to those who are based in the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you cannot participate in the competition.
• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The panels are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• All installers who play the Spin Wheel game will be linked to a number and entered into a mass prize draw to win free Naturepanel for a year as defined above. The one winner will be chosen at random via a number generator on Thursday 27th June at 2pm on Grant Westfield’s stand and on Instagram live. The winner will be notified after this via email or phone.
• Detail of how to claim their prize will be shared with the winner by Friday 28th June 2024.
• When participating in the competition, you will be required to provide personal details and fill in all mandatory fields on the form prior to taking part. Grant Westfield and Loyalty Works shall use this information to correspond with your participation and for validation purposes. If this information is not completed in full and accurate where a mandatory data capture field has been set, your entry will become invalid and any prizes, if won, will not be valid.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to participate in PR activity with Grant Westfield, and provide images of completed bathroom installations tagging Naturepanel on Instagram if they have an account, or sending them directly to marketing@grantwestfield.co.uk.
